Managing partner of Alliance since 2006, Johanna has lost none of her joy in helping people find work. She led our growth from one office to five and continues to lead a culture of learning and improving. After hours, in addition to raising a family, Johanna enjoys volunteering at her church and food kitchens.

Jose started with Alliance as a temporary worker while still in high school. He’s been permanent since year 2000. Based in our KCK home office, Jose now oversees all recruiting and order-fulfillment. While his attention after hours goes foremost to family, he finds time to following all KC pro sports teams.
After starting as a temporary employee in 2011, Gustavo was soon invited to become an Alliance recruiter. Now, as branch manager, he has tripled the placements under his lead. When not working, Gustavo most enjoys physical training but always keeps an eye on the Chiefs.
Maureen likes to think of placing an employee with a client as match-making. She is a big believer that selling should be “from the heart.” She’s been doing both placements and sales with Alliance since 2015. After hours, Maureen enjoys family time.
Selene joined Alliance as a recruiter in 2014 and, before long, set records at successfully matching employees and clients. Interviewing applicants is her favorite part of running our newest branch. After hours, Selene has three little ones to care for but squeezes in time to enjoy documentaries.
